The Swiss Air Force held a spectacular air show to celebrate the hundredth anniversary of their founding. They held the show at Payerne Air Base, in Switzerland’s Vaud Canton. A number of European nations contributed to the festivities by sending along representative military aircraft, including several aerial demonstration teams. The Canadians even contributed a brace of CF-18 Hornets. A number of European based warbirds turned up as well.
